UPDATE – ‘GOVERNING DOCUMENTS’ has been changed to ‘MEMBERS ONLY’ and is now a password protected page. It’s the same password for the CALENDAR. It contains our documentation and other Association information intended for homeowners only. This password is stored in a browser cookie so you won’t have to re-enter the password each time. Furthermore, if you’ve entered the password for the Calendar, you shouldn’t have to enter it again for this new page!

The next OPC Board of Director’s meeting is scheduled for the first Tuesday every month at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse.
The Annual Homeowner Meeting is scheduled for the 3rd Tue in May at 7:00PM in the Clubhouse.
The Semi-Annual Homeowner Meeting is scheduled for the 2nd Tue in Nov at 7:00PM in the Clubhouse.
All Homeowners are encouraged to attend.
The Association “Resale Certificate” formally known as “Disclosure Packet” for Home Buyers and Sellers may be obtained by sending e-mail to oldeportcove@hotmail.com and include Resale Certificate in the e-mail Subject Line.

The homeowners shall not use the common areas and facilities of Olde Port Cove to coach, train, or otherwise provide access to their guests and non-members and receive a compensation or fee.
